Caldr\u00e0 omplir, paral\u00b7lelament,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSeOF1kRO47oPEzK5CQRYH1RcdISerWCWS1XIO8R02326RRL8g\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>aquest formulari de detecci\u00f3 de necessitats<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(equip directiu).
