Les Corts Constituents del 1931, encarregades de redactar el projecte constitucional, van aprovar el redactat per 161 vots a favor, 121 vots en contra i 188 abstencions, despr\u00e9s d\u2019un llarg debat protagonitzat per les diputades Clara Campoamor i Vict\u00f2ria Kent, que s\u2019emmarcava en una discussi\u00f3 m\u00e9s \u00e0mplia sobre la igualtat de sexes. Aix\u00ed, a m\u00e9s del vot femen\u00ed, la Constituci\u00f3 del 1931 tamb\u00e9 proclamava per primer cop la igualtat jur\u00eddica entre homes i dones, i establia que del sexe de la persona no podien derivar-se&#8217;n privilegis davant la llei. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:257}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Malgrat els intents de diversos partits per limitar el sufragi femen\u00ed al llarg dels seg\u00fcents mesos, l\u2019article 36 es va acabar aprovant sense canvis amb el conjunt del text constitucional el 9 de desembre de 1931. <strong>Les primeres eleccions en qu\u00e8 van participar les dones van ser les eleccions municipals del 23 d\u2019abril de 1933<\/strong>, que van ser parcials i no es van celebrar a cap municipi catal\u00e0, seguides per les eleccions generals de novembre d\u2019aquell mateix any.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:257}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Aquest per\u00edode hist\u00f2ric representa un moment crucial per entendre la lluita per la igualtat de g\u00e8nere i els drets democr\u00e0tics. Per aprofundir en aquesta tem\u00e0tica, es pot elaborar una an\u00e0lisi acad\u00e8mica basada en fonts d\u2019arxiu i debats parlamentaris. Si necessiteu suport en aquest proc\u00e9s, serveis com <a href=\"https:\/\/rockitexter.de\/ki-bachelorarbeit-schreiben\/\">bachelorarbeit mit ki schreiben<\/a> poden ser una eina \u00fatil per estructurar i desenvolupar treballs acad\u00e8mics amb l\u2019ajuda de la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial.<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Tant les ciutadanes com els ciutadans espanyols perdrien el dret de sufragi pocs anys despr\u00e9s, amb l\u2019esclat de la Guerra Civil l\u2019any 1936 i la implementaci\u00f3 del r\u00e8gim franquista, i no el recuperarien fins a les eleccions generals del 1977 i l\u2019inici de la Transici\u00f3 Democr\u00e0tica.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:257}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>A nivell competencial<\/strong>, les activitats inicials consisteixen en analitzar fotografies i textos, datats entre el 1931 i 1933, juntament amb els posicionaments de diverses figures del per\u00edode sobre la incorporaci\u00f3 del vot femen\u00ed. L\u2019activitat final se centra en sintetitzar i extreure conclusions sobre la informaci\u00f3 tractada a les fonts.
