Les dues del mig es poden fer en mig de la classe, sigui de matem\u00e0tiques, d\u2019hist\u00f2ria o de tutoria, per exemple. Es fa un cercle i la persona dinamitzadora fa una pregunta. Tothom ha de contestar, tothom parla i tothom \u00e9s escoltat\u201d. Amb diferents din\u00e0miques, s\u2019aconsegueix que l\u2019alumnat que normalment parla menys tamb\u00e9 tingui l\u2019oportunitat d\u2019expressar-se. En una altra din\u00e0mica, s\u2019acaba amb la pregunta de \u2018qu\u00e8 m\u2019emporto de la sessi\u00f3\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEs crea aquesta confian\u00e7a i aquest autoconeixement. La primera pregunta pot ser quina m\u00fasica t\u2019agrada m\u00e9s. A vegades, els conflictes comencen per desconeixement. A vegades, l\u2019alumnat pensa que no t\u00e9 res a veure amb alg\u00fa, per\u00f2 sabent quina \u00e9s la peli, el color, el llibre, la m\u00fasica, l\u2019esport o el regal ideal, es van coneixent. Si es fa amb una rutina i amb uns h\u00e0bits, el professor pot detectar si hi ha algun conflicte. Si a l\u2019hora del pati, hi ha un conflicte, a l\u2019aula pots fer un cercle. O dos cercles. Els nanos han d\u2019estar concentrats. \u00c9s important acostumar-nos a escoltar, a veure per qu\u00e8 l\u2019altra persona ho ha fet. Aix\u00f2 no vol dir que no hi hagi mesures correctives, sin\u00f3 que hem analitzat el conflicte, que he escoltat i que a mi se m\u2019ha escoltat\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f3n pocs els centres que tenen aquesta cultura restaurativa, que t\u00e9 com una de les seves m\u00e0ximes parlar en igualtat de condicions i no fer judicis del que digui l\u2019altre. Per a Boneta, \u201cestem en una societat en qu\u00e8 no hi ha espais de trobada i els hem de saber trobar. \u00c9s un aprenentatge.
