<strong>equip d\u2019assessorament i orientaci\u00f3 en llengua, interculturalitat i cohesi\u00f3 social<\/strong>, que donen suport al professorat en el treball de la <strong>compet\u00e8ncia ling\u00fc\u00edstica<\/strong> de tot l\u2019alumnat en general, i en l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a l\u2019<strong>alumnat procedent de processos migratoris<\/strong> i a l\u2019<strong>alumnat amb risc d\u2019exclusi\u00f3 social<\/strong>, en l\u2019\u00e0mbit dels centres educatius i els plans educatius d\u2019entorn.<\/p>\n<p>Els destinataris s\u00f3n els centres educatius, els equips directius, el professorat, l&#8217;alumnat i les seves fam\u00edlies i altres agents de la comunitat educativa, amb la finalitat de promoure la cohesi\u00f3 social mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019\u00fas de la llengua catalana com a eix vertebrador i l\u2019educaci\u00f3 intercultural basada en la igualtat, la solidaritat i el respecte a la diversitat de cultures.<\/p>\n<p>Els professionals que hi treballen
