Els centres docents que els sol\u00b7licitin han de fer una reserva pr\u00e8via al CRP a trav\u00e9s del<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/dNSKHUE2HebNTVpB6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> <strong>formulari de demanda<\/strong><\/a> o per tel\u00e8fon al 973 26 40 21.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">El pr\u00e9stec s\u2019adre\u00e7a a centres p\u00fablics, concertats i privats dependents del Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El docent sol\u00b7licitant assumeix la responsabilitat<\/strong> del recurs i es compromet a comunicar immediatament qualsevol p\u00e8rdua, deteriorament o desperfecte derivat d&#8217;un \u00fas indegut o d&#8217;una manca de vigil\u00e0ncia de l&#8217;alumnat, aix\u00ed com a<strong> assumir-ne les despeses de reparaci\u00f3 o reposici\u00f3.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Els\u00a0aparells s\u2019han de tornar en els terminis previstos.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La utilitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest servei de pr\u00e9stec pressuposa l\u2019acceptaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquestes condicions.
