est\u00e0 format per un equip multidisciplinar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CRP <\/strong>(Centre de Recursos Pedag\u00f2gics): equip que d\u00f3na <strong>suport a l\u2019activitat pedag\u00f2gica dels centres<\/strong> <strong>i\u00a0 a processos de transformaci\u00f3 i millora educativa<\/strong>, aix\u00ed com a la tasca docent de mestres i professorat, especialment en temes de formaci\u00f3 permanent, de recursos pedag\u00f2gics i de dinamitzaci\u00f3 de projectes de centre i de la zona.<br \/>\n<hr \/>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>EAP <\/strong>(Equip d\u2019Assessorament i Orientaci\u00f3 Psicopedag\u00f2gica)<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">: equip<\/span>\u00a0que d\u00f3na\u00a0suport al professorat i als centres educatius en la resposta a la <strong>diversitat de l\u2019alumnat<\/strong> i en relaci\u00f3 als alumnes que presenten <strong>necessitats educatives especials<\/strong>, aix\u00ed com a les seves fam\u00edlies.<br \/>\n<hr \/>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ELIC <\/strong>(Equip d\u2019Assessorament i Orientaci\u00f3 en Llengua, Interculturalitat i Cohesi\u00f3 Social): que donen suport al professorat en el <strong>treball de la compet\u00e8ncia ling\u00fc\u00edstica<\/strong>, <strong>l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat<\/strong> relacionada amb l\u2019alumnat nouvingut i amb risc d\u2019exclusi\u00f3 social en l\u2019\u00e0mbit dels centres educatius i els <strong>plans educatius d\u2019entorn<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<hr
