Aquest model de treball vol posar de relleu el treball en xarxa entre els diferents centres i professorat de les zones que hi participen, amb el suport i l&#8217;acompanyament dels Centres de Recursos Pedag\u00f2gics per a la realitzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;activitat i l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 de la formaci\u00f3 sobre la tem\u00e0tica escollida.<b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Enguany se celebrar\u00e0 el 6\u00e8 Congr\u00e9s de Ci\u00e8ncia. Tenint en compte que l&#8217;assemblea general\u00a0 Nacions Unides han proclamat l&#8217;any 2019 com l&#8217;any Internacional de la Taula Peri\u00f2dica, el tema sobre el qual versa aquesta 6a. edici\u00f3 del Congres de Ci\u00e8ncia, i sobre la qual treballaran totes les escoles de prim\u00e0ria inscrites \u00e9s <strong>LA QU\u00cdMICA A LA TEVA VIDA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A sota podeu
