Aquesta transformaci\u00f3 va ser liderada per la\u00a0<em>Rhode Island School of Design<\/em>, i avui est\u00e0 estesa a molts pa\u00efsos.\u00a0Es tracta d&#8217;unir les habilitats art\u00edstiques i creatives amb l&#8217;STEM,\u00a0i aix\u00ed, posar en valor aspectes com la innovaci\u00f3 i el disseny, el desenvolupament de la curiositat i la imaginaci\u00f3 o la recerca de solucions diverses a un \u00fanic problema. [<a href=\"http:\/\/odite.ciberespiral.org\/ca\/comunitat\/ODITE\/recurs\/stem-steam-pero-eso-que-es\/58713dbd-414c-40eb-9643-5dee56f191d3\">Font]<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875em;\">El terme\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875em;\">STEAM<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875em;\"> fa refer\u00e8ncia a model d&#8217;aprenentage\u00a0\u00a0interdisciplinari\u00a0basat en\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875em;\">l&#8217;ensenyament de les 5 disciplines de manera integrada en lloc d&#8217;\u00e0rees de coneixement habitualment compartimentades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong><em>L&#8217;objectiu principal \u00e9s el de fomentar les vocacions cient\u00edfico-tecnol\u00f2giques\u00a0 en l&#8217;alumnat, especialment entre les alumnes<\/em><\/strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875em;\">Segons les dades de l\u2019INE\u00a0(Institut Nacional d\u2019Estad\u00edstica), una gran majoria de joves universitaris segueixen preferint estudiar carreres de lletres i d\u2019humanitats. Aquesta \u00e9s la ra\u00f3 per la qual les empreses del sector tecnol\u00f2gic els hi costa trobar professionals amb perfils t\u00e8cnics a Europa.\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 16px;\" href=\"http:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/fomentar-vocacions-cientific-tecnologiques-traves-lart\/#_ftn3\">[Font]<\/a><\/p>\n<table style=\"border-collapse: collapse; width: 98.4035%; height: 520px;\" border=\"1\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 55.0106%;\">\n<p style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>La manca de\u00a0 vocacions\u00a0cient\u00edfic-tecnol\u00f2giques un problema social i econ\u00f2mic<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">El missatge de la Uni\u00f3 Europea, cada vegada m\u00e9s insistent en la nostra societat, de qu\u00e8 en el 2020 es necessitaran 900.000 llocs de treball en el sector tecnol\u00f2gic\u00a0i que al 2018 es demanda fins a un 20% m\u00e9s d\u2019especialistes en les TIC (Tecnologies de la Informaci\u00f3 i la Comunicaci\u00f3) va calant en els diferents sectors. Actualment, els governs estan creant plans especials per fomentar les vocacions cient\u00edfic-tecnol\u00f2giques.<a style=\"background-image: url('img\/anchor.gif');\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/fomentar-vocacions-cientific-tecnologiques-traves-lart\/#_ftn1\">[Font]<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">En concret, el govern catal\u00e0 ha creat un grup de treball interdepartamental per elaborar el Pla STEMcat\u00a0d\u2019impuls de les vocacions cient\u00edfiques, tecnol\u00f2giques, en enginyeria i matem\u00e0tiques per promoure un augment en l\u2019inter\u00e8s \u00a0per aquests estudis. Es tracta d\u2019una actuaci\u00f3 priorit\u00e0ria i especialment dirigida a les noies.\u00a0\u00a0<a style=\"background-image: url('img\/anchor.gif');\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/fomentar-vocacions-cientific-tecnologiques-traves-lart\/#_ftn2\">[Font]<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">En aquest aspecte, alguns estereotips com la associaci\u00f3 de la tecnologia al g\u00e8nere mascul\u00ed,\u00a0 influeixen en les futures vocacions (menys del 4% dels nous alumnes de batxillerat que actualment trien la modalitat tecnol\u00f2gica s\u00f3n noies).\u00a0La gravetat d&#8217;aquesta situaci\u00f3 va portar a les Nacions Unides a proclamar cada 11 de febrer -a partir de l&#8217;any 2016- com el<em>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.un.org\/es\/events\/women-and-girls-in-science-day\/\">Dia Internacional de la Dona i la Nena a la Ci\u00e8ncia\u00a0 \u00a0<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Sent conscients que la ci\u00e8ncia i la tecnologia s\u00f3n uns dels motors del desenvolupament econ\u00f2mic d&#8217;un pa\u00eds i que en el context on vivim cada vegada es necessitaran m\u00e9s i m\u00e9s persones amb estudis superiors en camps cient\u00edfics i tecnol\u00f2gics, l\u2019enfocament STEAM vol motivar, inspirar i generar inter\u00e8s per a aquest tipus de graus a les pr\u00f2ximes generacions perqu\u00e8 siguin capa\u00e7os d&#8217;innovar, treballar en equip i resoldre qualsevol tipus de problema que se&#8217;ls plantegi, impulsant i garantint un futur millor.
