Aquesta iniciativa ofereix dos cursos complementaris que combinen reflexi\u00f3 te\u00f2rica i aplicaci\u00f3 pr\u00e0ctica, amb acompanyament personalitzat per part d\u2019un tutor o tutora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La formaci\u00f3 es realitza en format as\u00edncron, fet que permet adaptar el ritme d\u2019aprenentatge a les necessitats de cada docent, tot mantenint un seguiment proper de les tasques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dos cursos per aprofundir en la prevenci\u00f3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El primer curs, <strong>\u201cPrevenci\u00f3 de l\u2019assetjament escolar: sensibilitzaci\u00f3 i observaci\u00f3 conscient\u201d<\/strong>, t\u00e9 un car\u00e0cter introductori i ofereix eines per entendre millor qu\u00e8 \u00e9s l\u2019assetjament escolar. S\u2019hi treballa la difer\u00e8ncia entre conflicte, viol\u00e8ncia i agressivitat, i es posen les bases de dues estrat\u00e8gies clau: la sensibilitzaci\u00f3 i l\u2019observaci\u00f3 conscient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El segon curs, <strong>\u201cPrevenci\u00f3 de l\u2019assetjament escolar: provenci\u00f3\u201d<\/strong>, proposa un pas m\u00e9s enll\u00e0, centrant-se en el concepte de provenci\u00f3.
