L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s oferir formacions pr\u00e0ctiques, actualitzades i centrades en els reptes que actualment afronten els professionals de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 en contextos diversos i canviants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1770\" data-end=\"2032\">Els cursos, <strong data-start=\"1782\" data-end=\"1804\">totalment gratu\u00efts<\/strong>, estan orientats a proporcionar eines \u00fatils i aplicables de manera immediata a l\u2019aula i als centres educatius. Aquestes formacions, de <strong data-start=\"2393\" data-end=\"2422\">75 hores i 3 cr\u00e8dits ECTS<\/strong>, s\u00f3n reconegudes a tota Europa i ajuden els professionals a desenvolupar compet\u00e8ncies espec\u00edfiques necess\u00e0ries en un entorn caracteritzat per la <strong data-start=\"2568\" data-end=\"2635\">volatilitat, la incertesa, la complexitat i l\u2019ambig\u00fcitat (VICA)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2638\" data-end=\"2823\">Les microcredencials estan <strong data-start=\"2665\" data-end=\"2726\">subvencionades en un 70 % per la Universitat de Barcelona<\/strong>, de manera que els participants nom\u00e9s han d\u2019assumir aproximadament <strong data-start=\"2794\" data-end=\"2807\">100 euros<\/strong> del cost total.
