Aquestes mesures i suports han de garantir que els contextos escolars ofereixin les condicions d\u2019aprenentatge necess\u00e0ries per desenvolupar les fortaleses de l\u2019alumnat; vetllar per la seva vinculaci\u00f3 amb els aprenentatges i el grup, facilitar l\u2019acc\u00e9s a l\u2019aprenentatge i a la participaci\u00f3 i assegurar el progr\u00e9s de tot l\u2019alumnat.<\/p>\n<p>El present document s\u2019ha elaborat amb el prop\u00f2sit d\u2019aportar orientacions i proporcionar elements als centres educatius per a la presa de decisions en la concreci\u00f3 de mesures i suports universals en el marc d\u2019una\u00a0<strong>atenci\u00f3 educativa inclusiva<\/strong>. Es fonamenta en la normativa actual, aix\u00ed com en els marcs conceptuals que orienten les l\u00ednies de treball del\u00a0<strong>Departament
