El Departament d’Educaci\u00f3 ha elaborat el\u00a0Protocol d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 davant de qualsevol tipus de viol\u00e8ncia en l\u2019\u00e0mbit educatiu<\/em><\/strong>, amb l\u2019objectiu de dotar els centres educatius d’eines per a la prevenci\u00f3, detecci\u00f3 i intervenci\u00f3 davant situacions de viol\u00e8ncia a l’\u00e0mbit educatiu que afecten l’alumnat.<\/p>\n

Les actuacions previstes en aquest document s’adrecen a millorar l’atenci\u00f3 als infants i joves i s’aplica a les m\u00faltiples formes de viol\u00e8ncia que puguin estar vivint dins l’\u00e0mbit educatiu exercides per alumnat, tant si succeeixen dins com fora del centre educatiu, ja que afecten l’alumnat i les relacions que s’hi estableixen.<\/p>\n

El present protocol \u00e9s aplicable a tots els centres p\u00fablics i privats sostinguts amb fons p\u00fablics que conformen el servei d’educaci\u00f3 de Catalunya.<\/p>\n
