Aquest servei est\u00e0 destinat a infants i adolescents amb necessitats espec\u00edfiques de suport, i t\u00e9 com a finalitat oferir acompanyaments especialitzats i adaptats a cada situaci\u00f3 familiar, promovent la conciliaci\u00f3, el suport en les rutines quotidianes i espais de respir familiar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara mateix, la Fundaci\u00f3 Summae no pot confirmar el nombre total de places disponibles ni el format definitiu del servei perqu\u00e8 est\u00e0 pendent de la resoluci\u00f3 de diferents l\u00ednies de subvencions p\u00fabliques i privades. Per aix\u00f2 considera important iniciar ja la recollida de demandes. El per\u00edode de presentaci\u00f3 de sol\u00b7licituds estar\u00e0 obert fins al 18 de juny. La comunicaci\u00f3 de confirmaci\u00f3 o denegaci\u00f3 de pla\u00e7a es realitzar\u00e0 a partir del 25 de juny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les fam\u00edlies interessades poden completar la sol\u00b7licitud a
