La formaci\u00f3 combina sessions aplicades, an\u00e0lisi de produccions d’alumnat i disseny de seq\u00fc\u00e8ncies transferibles directament a l’aula.
La formaci\u00f3 s’organitza com un seminari-taller eminentment pr\u00e0ctic en qu\u00e8 el professorat participant viu les tasques com a aprenent, analitza qu\u00e8 passa did\u00e0cticament i trasllada aquesta experi\u00e8ncia al disseny de propostes per a l’aula. Cada sessi\u00f3 combina moments de resoluci\u00f3 de problemes, discussi\u00f3 col\u00b7lectiva i an\u00e0lisi guiada de decisions docents (selecci\u00f3 de tasques, preguntes, anticipaci\u00f3 d’estrat\u00e8gies i gesti\u00f3 de la posada en com\u00fa). Es treballa amb exemples de produccions d’alumnat (reals o simulades) per interpretar el pensament matem\u00e0tic i ajustar la intervenci\u00f3 educativa.
El curs incorpora espais de planificaci\u00f3 i creaci\u00f3 de materials: bancs de problemes, seq\u00fcenciacions, traject\u00f2ries d’aprenentatge i microseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies alineades amb el desplegament curricular. Es promou la revisi\u00f3 entre iguals, amb protocols simples per donar retorn sobre la qualitat de les tasques (riquesa matem\u00e0tica, accessibilitat, potencial de discussi\u00f3, coher\u00e8ncia de progressi\u00f3 i connexi\u00f3 curricular).
