Aquest material ha estat elaborat conjuntament per l’equip de professionals del PCTEI (Programa de Cooperaci\u00f3 Territorial d’Educaci\u00f3 Inclusiva) de cada territori i per la Direcci\u00f3 General d’Educaci\u00f3 Inclusiva del Departament.<\/p>\n
