desenvolupar suports inclusius en els centres i a la zona i reflexionar sobre la pr\u00f2pia pr\u00e0ctica.<br \/>\n&#8211; Con\u00e8ixer i reflexionar al voltant d&#8217;aspectes educatius que incideixen en l&#8217;aprenentatge de l&#8217;alumnat amb necessitats educatives.<br \/>\n&#8211; Compartir pr\u00e0ctiques i mirades inclusives<br \/>\n&#8211; Proposar activitats a la comunitat educativa per avan\u00e7ar en la inclusi\u00f3 i promoure millores en els models de suport.<br \/>\n&#8211; Potenciar el treball en xarxa i la formaci\u00f3 entre iguals en un espai formatiu per intercanviar experi\u00e8ncies entre els centres de la zona<br \/>\n&#8211; Proposar activitats a la comunitat educativa per avan\u00e7ar en la inclusi\u00f3 i promoure millores en els models de
