Els centres de Sant Andreu disposen <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/82Q7d8FxyGkDYkuZ7\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d\u2019aquest formulari, <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que estar\u00e0 obert fins el 23 de maig.
