Amb aquesta proposta, la Generalitat posa a l\u2018abast dels infants i els docents una<\/span> informaci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica sobre producci\u00f3 ecol\u00f2gica dels aliments<span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: medium;\"> amb un format entenedor i participatiu.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><b><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Dins de la caixa de fruites i verdures de l\u2018hort a casa es pot trobar:<br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>1.\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/blocs.xtec.cat\/cve2011\/files\/2012\/03\/guia_professors-Maleta-de-lhort-a-casa.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Una Guia del professorat<\/a><\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>2. <\/b><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>La Guia de les esp\u00e8cies m\u00e9s comunes d\u2018horta a Catalunya<\/b>, \u00e9s un llibre de coneixements que recull un conjunt de fitxes, seleccionades a partir d\u2018entrevistes realitzades a avis i \u00e0vies de Catalunya. Cadascuna de les <b>fitxes cont\u00e9 una imatge, informaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica de l\u2018esp\u00e8cie i consells pr\u00e0ctics per aconseguir bons productes ecol\u00f2gics<\/b>. La informaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica s\u2018organitza en diferents camps com ara el s\u00f2l, clima, sembra, reg, fertilitzaci\u00f3, plagues i malalties.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>3. HorTAC<\/b> HorTAC \u00e9s un <b>CDRom que pret\u00e9n desenvolupar un conjunt d\u2018habilitats que s\u00f3n necess\u00e0ries per resoldre una s\u00e8rie de reptes mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2018experimentaci\u00f3 digital.<\/b> El seu contingut s\u2018estructura en tres apartats:<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022 <b>El calaix d\u2018informaci\u00f3<\/b>: permet l\u2018acc\u00e9s a un conjunt d\u2018arxius que contenen els originals del materials did\u00e0ctics que composen la maleta ecol\u00f2gica. Va adre\u00e7at al professorat.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022 <b>L\u2018hort pas a pas<\/b>: l\u2018entrada a aquest apartat es realitza a trav\u00e9s d\u2018una animaci\u00f3 que d\u00f3na pas a 12\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">activitats que tenen com a fil conductor l\u2018hort escolar ecol\u00f2gic.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022<b> Jocs:<\/b> set propostes l\u00fadiques ambientades en l\u2018hort, que permeten jugar i, alhora, aprendre.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>4. Joc de la Bioca<\/b><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>: De col a col avan\u00e7a el cargol<\/b>. <\/span><b>Joc de preguntes i respostes que t\u00e9 com a objectiu passar una bona estona compartint reflexions al voltant de l\u2018hort ecol\u00f2gic i el respecte pel medi ambient<\/b>. Per aquest motiu, els continguts proposats s\u00f3n molt amplis i abasten aspectes relacionats amb el coneixement del calendari de l\u2018hort, la sostenibilitat, el compost o el reciclatge. Es tracta d\u2018una adaptaci\u00f3 del popular joc de l\u2018oca amb una nova cantarella:de col en col avan\u00e7a el cargol.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>5. Joc D\u00f3na la cara<\/b> Es <b>tracta d\u2018un joc motriu de persecuci\u00f3 que simula les relacions aliment\u00e0ries <\/b>que es poden donar en un hort ecol\u00f2gic per comparar-les amb les que es donen en un hort en qu\u00e8 es practica l\u2018agricultura intensiva.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>6. Dins una llavor<\/b> Es tracta d\u2018un<b> tetraflex\u00e0gon que permet veure una s\u00e8rie d\u2018imatges que representen un cicle natural.<\/b> Retallant i plegant el paper s\u2018obt\u00e9 un fris de quadrats articulats que permeten doblar les dues cares que t\u00e9 el full presentant una seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de quatre imatges. El full, a banda del desenvolupament pla del tetraflex\u00e0gon, va acompanyat de les instruccions de muntatge i de dos textos que permeten treballar continguts relacionats amb els cicles naturals dels vegetals i el respecte pel medi ambient.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>7. Experimentem amb el s\u00f2l<\/b> A trav\u00e9s d\u2018aquest joc es pret\u00e9n donar a <b>con\u00e8ixer les propietats del s\u00f2l <\/b>per tal de tenir una idea m\u00e9s clara de com \u00e9s el nostre s\u00f2l per tal d<b>\u2018iniciar amb m\u00e9s \u00e8xit el nostre hort ecol\u00f2gic.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>8. Calendari de l\u2018hort escolar ecol\u00f2gic<\/b> Amb aquest calendari es pret\u00e9n <b>diferenciar amb facilitat les esp\u00e8cies pr\u00f2pies de l\u2018hort de tardor- hivern, les de l\u2018hort de primavera-estiu <\/b>i les que es poden conrear tot l\u2018any. D\u2018altra banda, tamb\u00e9 s\u2018indica si la sembra s\u2018ha de fer directament amb les llavors o si s\u2018ha d\u2018iniciar amb planter. Les 26 esp\u00e8cies d\u2018horta que es presenten s\u00f3n les m\u00e9s cl\u00e0ssiques dels horts i estan ordenades segons la part de la planta que es menja. El calendari es complementa amb tota una s\u00e8rie de suggeriments per treballar a l\u2018hort i una justificaci\u00f3 de l\u2018agricultura ecol\u00f2gica que poden donar peu a debats constructius.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>9. <\/b><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s l\u2018agricultura ecol\u00f2gica?<\/b> D\u00f3na a con\u00e8ixer, amb un llenguatge planer i entenedor, <b>els principis fonamentals de l\u2018agricultura ecol\u00f2gica.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>10.\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b> L\u2018hort escolar ecol\u00f2gic<\/b> <b>\u00e9s un manual que combina els coneixements relacionats amb l\u2018hort amb lectures i propostes did\u00e0ctiques.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Es tracta d\u2018un recull de materials did\u00e0ctics adre\u00e7ats a l\u2018alumnat i al professorat de prim\u00e0ria i secund\u00e0ria de Catalunya.
