refer\u00e8ncia, projectes d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 educativa i iniciatives vinculades a la millora dels resultats educatius<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta convocat\u00f2ria s\u2019emmarca en el Pla de Govern 2024-2027, que aposta per la millora de la qualitat i l\u2019equitat del sistema educatiu catal\u00e0, promovent la innovaci\u00f3, la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre centres i la difusi\u00f3 de bones pr\u00e0ctiques docents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poden participar-hi&nbsp;<strong>centres&nbsp;p\u00fablics i&nbsp;concertats, aix\u00ed com el seu personal docent i personal d\u2019atenci\u00f3
