Aquest acompanyament consisteix a fer una an\u00e0lisi de barreres cognitives i emocionals, conjuntament amb els centres, que ajudi a dissenyar actuacions afavoridores de contextos educatius m\u00e9s inclusius.<br \/>\nSi esteu interessats en aquest acompanyament, podeu fer-nos arribar la vostra petici\u00f3 al CRP.<br \/>\nPodeu consultar <a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/santadria\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1189\/2024\/03\/Dossier-oferta-formativa-DEI-Centres-educatius-23-24-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">el dossier amb totes les formacions <\/a>que actualment ofereixen les Dinamitzadores d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 Inclusiva del Servei Territorial al Barcelon\u00e8s. A part de l&#8217;acompanyament sobre la detecci\u00f3 de barreres, trobareu informaci\u00f3 de les c\u00e0psules formatives d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 inclusiva, el taller de mesures i suports universals,
