Aquests materials tenen com a objectiu apoderar als docents en el plantejament did\u00e0ctic de projectes integradors, presentant recursos interdisciplinars per aconseguir un m\u00f3n socialment just i mediambientalment sostenible.<br \/>\nAcc\u00e9s a\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/xtec.cat\/coneixementdelmedi\/inici\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Medi_STEAM per un futur possible<\/a><\/p>\n<p>El Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n y Formaci\u00f3n Profesional i el Fons Social Europeo &#8220;Programa Operativo de Empleo Formaci\u00f3n y Educaci\u00f3n&#8221; 2014-2020,
