Amb tot, hem contactat amb els centres educatius i els seminaris i grups de treball del PFZ per iniciar una <strong>primera prospectiva de les <\/strong><\/span><b>necessitats de formaci\u00f3 per al curs 2020-2021<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i veure com hi podem donar resposta. Al llarg del primer trimestre els serveis educatius duran a terme els processos de detecci\u00f3 de necessitats que permetin elaborar una nova proposta formativa de cara al gener 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Malgrat que el CRP no disposar\u00e0 de pressupost econ\u00f2mic per a formaci\u00f3 en centre, <\/span><b>volem veure la millor manera de donar resposta a les necessitats formatives,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> b\u00e9 sigui buscant activitats que s&#8217;ofereixin des del Departament, b\u00e9 sigui buscant persones formadores o oferint formaci\u00f3 des del nostre CRP en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb d&#8217;altres CRPs propers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fins aquest moment, el Departament ha informat que les sessions de formaci\u00f3 que es facin durant el primer trimestre hauran de ser en l\u00ednia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tem\u00e0tiques prioritzades pel Departament:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cultura digital<\/strong>: suport i acompanyament als centres en el marc del Pla Centres Educatius en L\u00ednia (\u00fas did\u00e0ctic d\u2019entorns virtuals d\u2019aprenentatge, impuls a la compet\u00e8ncia digital docent i de l\u2019alumnat, models organitzacionals, pr\u00e0ctiques innovadores&#8230;).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Perfil competencial docent<\/strong>: definir i desenvolupar les compet\u00e8ncies professionals docents per adequar-les a les necessitats del context educatiu actual. Itineraris formatius docents.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ensenyament i aprenentatge amb un enfocament competencial<\/strong>: orientar l&#8217;\u00fas de les eines telem\u00e0tiques amb propostes did\u00e0ctiques, gesti\u00f3 de projectes transversals i models d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 competencials, en un marc pluriling\u00fce i d&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 educativa personalitzada.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Educaci\u00f3 inclusiva<\/strong>: l&#8217;aprenentatge personalitzat i el suport a les necessitats individuals d&#8217;aprenentatge de tots els alumnes en diferents entorns d&#8217;E\/A.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Centre i xarxes educatives<\/strong>: models de gesti\u00f3 i organitzaci\u00f3 transformadors dels centres i dels projectes educatius, en el marc de la seva zona i de l&#8217;aprenentatge en xarxa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Comunitat educativa i relaci\u00f3 amb l\u2019entorn<\/strong>: suport a la conviv\u00e8ncia escolar, al desenvolupament dels plans educatius d&#8217;entorn i altres projectes comunitaris, i promoci\u00f3 de processos de participaci\u00f3 i implicaci\u00f3 de la comunitat educativa i dels agents educatius de l&#8217;entorn per
