El grau d&#8217;afectaci\u00f3 de les poblacions, tot i ser general, no ser\u00e0 uniforme i es preveu que es veuran afectades de manera desproporcionada les zones m\u00e9s desafavorides i poblades del planeta, sobretot \u00c0frica i el sud-est d&#8217;\u00c0sia, incrementant-se les desigualtats en salut i l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a una alimentaci\u00f3 adequada, aigua neta i altres recursos.<\/p>\n<p>Les recomanacions i l\u00ednies estrat\u00e8giques internacionals insisteixen en la necessitat d&#8217;abordar el canvi clim\u00e0tic aplicant mesures preventives de mitigaci\u00f3 (reducci\u00f3 d&#8217;emissi\u00f3 de gasos d&#8217;efecte hivernacle) i d&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3 (adre\u00e7ades a reduir la vulnerabilitat dels sistemes naturals i humans dels potencials efectes del canvi clim\u00e0tic), que han de ser intersectorials i implicar tota la societat.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gramenet.cat\/fileadmin\/Files\/Ajuntament\/cooperacio\/docs\/Filosofia_per_la_Pau-feb20_baixa.pdf\">Programa<\/a> <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Canvi Clim\u00e0tic, transici\u00f3 ecol\u00f2gica i drets humans.
