{"id":16215,"date":"2025-11-19T15:25:40","date_gmt":"2025-11-19T14:25:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/ripolles\/?p=16215"},"modified":"2025-11-19T15:25:41","modified_gmt":"2025-11-19T14:25:41","slug":"la-salut-mental-no-es-teatre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/ripolles\/general\/la-salut-mental-no-es-teatre\/","title":{"rendered":"La salut mental no \u00e9s teatre"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">El Teatre Centre de <strong>Sant Joan de les Abadesses<\/strong> ha acollit aquest dimecres 19 de novembre l\u2019espectacle <em>La salut mental no \u00e9s teatre<\/em>, una proposta creada i representada \u00edntegrament pel grup <strong>SAT Teatre Jove<\/strong>, amb l\u2019objectiu de sensibilitzar sobre els principals problemes de salut mental que afecten als joves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">L\u2019obra s\u2019estructura en cinc parts, cadascuna dedicada a un tema considerat prioritari pel col\u00b7lectiu juvenil:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Dol migratori<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Trastorns de la conducta aliment\u00e0ria<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Xarxes socials i pressi\u00f3 digital<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Identitat de g\u00e8nere<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Addiccions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">El valor de la proposta rau en el fet que s\u00f3n els mateixos joves \u2014actors, actrius i equip t\u00e8cnic del SAT Teatre Jove\u2014 qui expliquen aquestes realitats en primera persona. Amb llenguatges contemporanis i una posada en escena viva i emocional, l\u2019espectacle convida a reflexionar, a escoltar i a trencar tab\u00fas entorn de la salut mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">A la funci\u00f3 hi han assistit alumnes de <strong>3r i 4t d\u2019ESO<\/strong> de l\u2019<strong>IE Mestre Andreu<\/strong> i de l\u2019<strong>Institut Germans Vila Riera<\/strong>, que han pogut endinsar-se en una experi\u00e8ncia art\u00edstica i pedag\u00f2gica que complementa la feina que els centres educatius fan per promoure el benestar emocional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Des del servei educatiu volem <strong>agrair la feina del SAT Teatre Jove<\/strong>, aix\u00ed com el comprom\u00eds de totes les actrius, actors i t\u00e8cnics que han fet possible aquest projecte. Tamb\u00e9 volem recon\u00e8ixer la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 d\u2019<strong>Ubuntu<\/strong> i de totes les entitats implicades en la iniciativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Propostes com aquesta reforcen la import\u00e0ncia d\u2019abordar la salut mental des d\u2019una mirada comunit\u00e0ria, oberta i valenta, posant la veu dels joves al
