{"id":15627,"date":"2025-04-07T09:26:11","date_gmt":"2025-04-07T07:26:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/ripolles\/?p=15627"},"modified":"2025-04-07T09:26:12","modified_gmt":"2025-04-07T07:26:12","slug":"jornada-de-crp-el-lideratge-del-crp-acompanyant-la-millora-educativa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/ripolles\/general\/jornada-de-crp-el-lideratge-del-crp-acompanyant-la-millora-educativa\/","title":{"rendered":"Jornada de CRP: El lideratge del CRP acompanyant la millora educativa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Els Serveis Educatius reflexionen sobre el lideratge com a motor de millora educativa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">L\u2019<strong>1 d\u2019abril de 2025<\/strong>, l\u2019equip del <strong>Servei de Xarxes i Serveis Educatius (SXSE)<\/strong> i els <strong>Centres de Recursos Pedag\u00f2gics (CRP)<\/strong> van celebrar una jornada a l\u2019Hotel Exe Campus de Cerdanyola del Vall\u00e8s centrada en el <strong>lideratge dels serveis educatius<\/strong> com a element clau per a la <strong>millora del sistema educatiu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Al llarg de la jornada, es va analitzar com el <strong>lideratge intermedi<\/strong> pot esdevenir un <strong>agent impulsor del canvi<\/strong> als centres educatius, prenent com a base <strong>evid\u00e8ncies de recerca<\/strong> i <strong>experi\u00e8ncies de la pr\u00e0ctica quotidiana<\/strong>. L\u2019acte va comptar amb la <strong>pon\u00e8ncia inaugural de la Dra. Mireia Tintor\u00e9<\/strong>, seguida d\u2019una <strong>taula rodona amb persones expertes del sector educatiu<\/strong> i d\u2019una <strong>mostra d\u2019experi\u00e8ncies col\u00b7laboratives<\/strong> liderades pels CRP de diferents punts del territori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-images-slider has-arrows-inside has-dots-inside has-images-center
