La Secretaria General de l\u2019Esport i l\u2019Activitat F\u00edsica (SGEAF) i l\u2019Ag\u00e8ncia de Salut P\u00fablica de Catalunya (ASPCAT) lideren aquesta iniciativa, que s\u2019allargar\u00e0 durant quatre setmanes, de l\u20191 d\u2019abril al 5 de maig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Com pots sumar-te al DMAF?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Et proposem diverses idees per incorporar l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica en diferents entorns. Participa-hi i anima la teva comunitat tamb\u00e9 a fer-ho!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>A l\u2019escola:<\/strong>&nbsp;Promou les pauses actives entre classes, patis actius, inclusius i sostenibles, milla di\u00e0ria, gimcanes, jocs populars i tradicionals, competicions esportives entre cursos, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>A la universitat:&nbsp;<\/strong>Organitza competicions esportives,&nbsp;<em>classes magistrals<\/em>, tallers i reptes f\u00edsics, caminades o sortides en bici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Al carrer, a les places, als parcs:<\/strong>&nbsp;Apunta\u2019t a sessions d\u2019exercici als parcs, prova la marxa n\u00f2rdica o el ioga, o utilitza els circuits saludables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Als equipaments esportius:&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;Participa en&nbsp;<em>masterclasses<\/em>, activitats dirigides, competicions o reptes col\u00b7lectius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>A la feina:<\/strong>&nbsp;Fes pauses actives, utilitza les escales per als reptes d\u2019AF, organitza gimcanes o activitats per equips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>A casa:&nbsp;<\/strong>Realitza exercicis de for\u00e7a i estiraments, balla, practica ioga o inclou tasques dom\u00e8stiques actives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Al medi natural:<\/strong>\u00a0Gaudeix de la natura amb activitats com marxa n\u00f2rdica, caminades, sessions d\u2019exercici a l\u2019aire lliure, ciclisme o nataci\u00f3. Recorda sempre que cal respectar i tenir cura dels entorns naturals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Participa i difon el DMAF<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Fes-lo visible:&nbsp;<\/strong>Comparteix les teves activitats a les xarxes socials amb les etiquetes #DMAF202X i #SumaSalut. Tamb\u00e9 pots afegir la imatge del DMAF a la teva signatura de correu electr\u00f2nic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Dona a con\u00e8ixer la teva activitat f\u00edsica:&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;Respon la nostra Enquesta \u2014disponible en catal\u00e0 o castell\u00e0\u2014 per ajudar-nos a con\u00e8ixer els teus h\u00e0bits i les teves actituds envers l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Registra la teva activitat f\u00edsica:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Organitza una activitat, calcula el temps o la dist\u00e0ncia acumulada i registra-ho al web del DMAF per sumar minuts d\u2019activitat f\u00edsica!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Recomanacions de l\u2019OMS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seguint les guies de l\u2019OMS, es recomana:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Per a adults i gent gran. Acumular entre 150 i 300 minuts d\u2019activitat f\u00edsica d\u2019intensitat moderada per setmana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Per a infants i adolescents. Fer un m\u00ednim de 60 minuts diaris d\u2019activitat f\u00edsica d\u2019intensitat moderada-vigorosa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Reduir les activitats sedent\u00e0ries \u2014especialment el temps de pantalla\u2014 i substituir-les per activitat f\u00edsica de qualsevol intensitat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Recursos per a una vida activa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Troba materials de divulgaci\u00f3,\u00a0<a
