Es fonamenta en la normativa actual, aix\u00ed com en els marcs conceptuals que orienten les l\u00ednies de treball del\u00a0Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;atenci\u00f3 educativa a l&#8217;alumnat compr\u00e8n el conjunt de\u00a0<strong>mesures i suports<\/strong>\u00a0destinats a tots els alumnes, amb la finalitat d&#8217;afavorir el seu desenvolupament personal i social, i perqu\u00e8 avancin en l&#8217;assoliment de les\u00a0<strong>compet\u00e8ncies de cada etapa educativa<\/strong>\u00a0i <strong>en la transici\u00f3 a la vida adulta<\/strong>.
