{"id":17703,"date":"2023-05-17T13:44:29","date_gmt":"2023-05-17T11:44:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/riberadebre\/?p=17703"},"modified":"2023-05-17T13:52:57","modified_gmt":"2023-05-17T11:52:57","slug":"sessio-lideratge-a-les-direccions-de-la-ribera-debre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/riberadebre\/portada\/sessio-lideratge-a-les-direccions-de-la-ribera-debre\/","title":{"rendered":"Sessi\u00f3  Lideratge a les direccions de la Ribera d&#8217;Ebre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Carlos Blanch, formador d&#8217;equips directius, a la sessi\u00f3 del seminari de directors i directores de prim\u00e0ria de la Ribera d&#8217;Ebre, realitzat el 17 de maig a l&#8217;escola Marcel\u00b7l\u00ed Domingo de Tivissa, com a director de l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esc-lamerce-tortosa\/projecte-educatiu\/pec\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">escola La Merc\u00e8 de Tortosa<\/a>, exposa la idea de &#8220;Lideratge d&#8217;equip &#8220;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">L&#8217;escola La Merc\u00e8 com a model de centre educatiu acollidor, obert a l&#8217;entorn , restauratiu, atractiu i transformador, cerca l&#8217;\u00e8xit educatiu de tot l&#8217;alumnat, considerant la diversitat al centre com a riquesa a nivell socioeducatiu.<\/p>\n<p>En el seu\u00a0 PEC es contempla :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>-la millora de la la conviv\u00e8ncia a partir de l&#8217;enfocament restauratiu i els<a href=\"https:\/\/repositori.educacio.gencat.cat\/handle\/20.500.12694\/2388\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> principis de B. Treball en equip on tothom suma.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>-Sentiment de comunitat per anar endavant, compartim motivaci\u00f3 i constru\u00efm prop\u00f2sit.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>-No rendir-se \u00e9s construir esperan\u00e7a.
