{"id":17638,"date":"2023-04-26T13:32:50","date_gmt":"2023-04-26T11:32:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/riberadebre\/?p=17638"},"modified":"2025-04-02T14:47:37","modified_gmt":"2025-04-02T12:47:37","slug":"deteccio-formacio-del-professorat-pfz-ribera-debre-2023-24","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/riberadebre\/portada\/deteccio-formacio-del-professorat-pfz-ribera-debre-2023-24\/","title":{"rendered":"Detecci\u00f3 Formaci\u00f3 del professorat PFZ Ribera d&#8217;Ebre 24-25"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Fins el 30 d&#8217;abril<\/strong> hi ha termini per a presentar al CRP la proposta formativa de cada centre docent per al curs 2024-25, dins el Pla de Formaci\u00f3 de Zona (PFZ).<\/p>\n<p>Segons el document de &#8220;<em><strong>CRITERIS, INSTRUCCIONS i ORIENTACIONS<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00a0de la Formaci\u00f3 Permanent del Professorat<\/strong> <\/em>&#8221; <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3, <\/span>planifiquem i gestionem <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les propostes formatives de tots els centres implicats en la formaci\u00f3, per a la millora del desenvolupament professional docent <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i contribuir a l\u2019\u00e8xit educatiu de tot l\u2019alumnat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Cada centre acorda la formaci\u00f3 interna amb l&#8217;acompanyament del CRP i el vistiplau de la inspecci\u00f3 educativa.<\/p>\n<p>Per a la detecci\u00f3 de la formaci\u00f3 de zona s&#8217;ha fet arribar un formulari a l&#8217;equip directiu del centre per les propostes formatives intercentres (seminaris de coordinaci\u00f3 i tallers d&#8217;equips de centres).<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>Comissi\u00f3 del PFZ de la Ribera d\u2019Ebre <\/strong>aprova al mes de maig l&#8217;oferta formativa a partir de la detecci\u00f3 de necessitats dels centres i del professorat de la zona,<b> prioritzant la formaci\u00f3 en centre i per a centres:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La formaci\u00f3 en centre com a eina de suport i d\u2019enfortiment del projecte educatiu del centre (PEC). Hi ha formaci\u00f3 tipificada associada als Programes d&#8217;Innovaci\u00f3 o altres que poden arribar a cada centre segons prioritats.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La formaci\u00f3 per a centres aprofita l\u2019intercanvi pedag\u00f2gic i la formaci\u00f3 de persones de diferents centres educatius que actuen com a equips impulsors o responsables del seu centre per a enfortir tamb\u00e9 el PEC. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les persones participants a la formaci\u00f3 per a centres (intercentres) tenen el comprom\u00eds de transferir i compartir el treball de la formaci\u00f3 en el seu centre.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10156\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/riberadebre\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1126\/2019\/04\/modalitats-PFZ-19-20.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"442\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/riberadebre\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1126\/2019\/04\/modalitats-PFZ-19-20.jpg 768w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/riberadebre\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1126\/2019\/04\/modalitats-PFZ-19-20-300x173.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Trobareu <a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/riberadebre\/formacio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 en aquest enlla\u00e7.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Recordeu l\u2019\u00e0mplia <a href=\"https:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/formacio\/formaciogeneralprofessorat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">oferta que desplega el Departament <\/a>amb diferents tipologies i modalitats formatives.<\/p>\n<h5>Des del<a href=\"https:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/formacio\/cataleg-de-formacio\/curs-2023-2024\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong> CAT\u00c0LEG en l\u00ednia, aqu\u00ed enlla\u00e7at, es poden consultar tots els \u00e0mbits formatius proposats pel Departament.<\/strong><\/a><\/h5>\n<p>L\u2019oferta formativa per al professorat es publicar\u00e0 al mes de juliol<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/formacio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a XTEC<\/a><\/strong> i <strong>la inscripci\u00f3 es realitza al mes de setembre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/riberadebre\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1126\/2021\/02\/pfz.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fins el 30 d&#8217;abril hi ha termini per a presentar al CRP la proposta formativa de cada centre docent per al curs 2024-25, dins el Pla de Formaci\u00f3 de Zona (PFZ).
