Va ser la primera del cicle de confer\u00e8ncies <strong>CODOC\u00c8NCIA I METODOLOGIES COOPERATIVES<\/strong> , sota el t\u00edtol\u00a0<strong>\u201cObservaci\u00f3 entre iguals i codoc\u00e8ncia\u201d. <\/strong>La sessi\u00f3 va estar centrada en la Doc\u00e8ncia compartida.<\/p>\n<p>Durant la mateixa es van tractar els temes:<\/p>\n<p><b>1.NECESSITAT, EVID\u00c8NCIES I RESIST\u00c8NCIES DE LA COL\u00b7LABORACI\u00d3 DOCENT\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El per qu\u00e8 la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre els docents<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Coneixement dels docents: <b style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">Coneixement Professional, <b>Coneixement publicat i Nou coneixement<\/b><\/b><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evid\u00e8ncies de la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 docent<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El centre apr\u00e8n i millora (escoles que aprenen), instituci\u00f3 capa\u00e7 de donar un espai d\u2019aprenentatge als seus docents.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Formes de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 docent: diferenciar entre <strong>directa\u00a0<\/strong> e <strong>indirecta <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Resist\u00e8ncies a practicar la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 docent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>2.DOC\u00c8NCIA COMPARTIDA: CONCEPTE I FORMES. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s una forma de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 docent DIRECTA.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Permet fer tot all\u00f2 que no podem fer o no ens atrevim a fer quan estem sols (grups, activitats m\u00e9s individuals, avaluaci\u00f3 individual,&#8230;)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No t\u00e9 sentit fer una \u201cexplicaci\u00f3\u201d quan tinc un company a l\u2019aula\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s una forma d\u2019aprenentatge entre iguals\/docents<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>3.AVANTATGES I INCONVENIENTS<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>4.DUBTES I REPTES\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Materials\/espais web per consultar:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>Materials sobre l&#8217;observaci\u00f3 entre iguals <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1aIhepSlkdD-G4gGwkTlJIE1xdyZp0yFB\/view\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">publicats a la Xarxa de Compet\u00e8ncies B\u00e0siques\u00a0<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/aprenentatgeentreiguals.blogspot.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bloc de not\u00edcies del GRAI<\/a> (Grup de Recerca sobre Aprenentatge entre Iguals).
