Des del CRP acompanyem als centres que realitzen formacions internes de centre creades des de programes d’innovaci\u00f3, en aquest cas ens referim al\u00a0 Model Competencial Orientador<\/strong><\/a> amb Institut Julio Antonio<\/strong><\/a> de M\u00f3ra d’Ebre.<\/p>\n

Durant el curs 20-21 som presents a les sessions de treball virtuals que es realitzen a Terres de l’Ebre, dirigides pels formadors Dolors Queralt i Pedro C\u00f3zar. Destaquem all\u00f2 que hem treballat a les primeres sessions:<\/p>\n

. La import\u00e0ncia de treballar el sentiment de vincle i la pertinen\u00e7a.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

. Valors impl\u00edcits irrenunciables del Model SCAP: posar el focus en l’alumne. Hem de fer comunitat, que tot l\u2019alumnat es senti part del centre, de l\u2019entorn, que tothom t\u00e9 molt a aportar i que ning\u00fa s\u2019ha de quedar fora.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

. <\/b>Relaci\u00f3 entre la neuroci\u00e8ncia–DUA<\/a>–<\/b>SCAP<\/strong><\/a>–7 PRINCIPIS DE L\u2019APRENENTATGE<\/a><\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

. Din\u00e0mica conversa AMICS CR\u00cdTICS: <\/strong><\/a>L’objectiu \u00e9s fer una ESCOLTA<\/strong> emp\u00e0tica, amb una actitud proactiva i amb control del temps. El llenguatge no verbal tamb\u00e9 l’hem de tenir molt en compte. <\/span>Escoltem perqu\u00e8 volem ENTENDRE<\/strong> el contingut, perqu\u00e8 volem RETENIR<\/strong> el contingut. Anem donant sentit al discurs, l’ ANALITZEM<\/strong> i l’AVALUEM<\/strong> perqu\u00e8 al final volem AJUDAR<\/strong> i fer un feed-back<\/strong> que <\/span>pugui ajudar a donar una sortida\u00a0<\/span>pugui, a trobar una soluci\u00f3, a <\/span>donar exemple o a <\/span>posar l\u00edmits.
