La Salle de Mollerussa i el Centre de Formaci\u00f3 d\u2019Adults.<br \/>\nLa confer\u00e8ncia es va iniciat amb una s\u00e8rie de reflexions sobre la l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 de la poblaci\u00f3 i la relaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest fet amb l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3, sobre l\u2019impacte de la tecnologia en la hist\u00f2ria de la cuina i la recerca en aquest camp.<br \/>\nA continuaci\u00f3, hi va haver un taller pr\u00e0ctic sobre emulsions, esferificacions, cocci\u00f3 al microones i aspectes de la xocolata.<br \/>\nTant el professorat assistent com l\u2019alumnat han valorat satisfact\u00f2riament l\u2019activitat per la proximitat amb que el conferenciant ha sabut traslladar els continguts.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019alumnat 4t d\u2019ESO i Batxillerat de l&#8217;INS La Serra, INS Terres de Ponent, C.
