{"id":23206,"date":"2026-09-22T17:00:33","date_gmt":"2026-09-22T15:00:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/pladurgell\/?p=23206"},"modified":"2026-09-22T17:00:34","modified_gmt":"2026-09-22T15:00:34","slug":"projecte-endo-hit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/pladurgell\/general\/projecte-endo-hit\/","title":{"rendered":"Projecte Endo-Hit"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Endo-Hit <\/strong>\u00e9s una iniciativa de ci\u00e8ncia ciutadana que vol posar el focus en la <strong>salut menstrual i l&#8217;endometriosi.<\/strong> Els i les adolescents sovint veuen el dolor menstrual com una part inevitable de la regla, cosa que pot amagar problemes de salut importants, com l&#8217;endometriosi, una malaltia cr\u00f2nica poc coneguda i que sovint es diagnostica tard. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb el projecte EndoHit es vol implicar l&#8217;alumnat de secund\u00e0ria (3r-4t ESO i Batxillerat) en la recerca i la sensibilitzaci\u00f3 sobre aquesta realitat. Nois i noies seran protagonistes ja que participaran activament en una investigaci\u00f3 real i aportant la seva mirada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e8 ofereix el projecte al vostre institut?<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Materials pedag\u00f2gics adaptats<\/strong>: activitats, guies i recursos per treballar el cicle menstrual i l\u2019endometriosi a l\u2019aula, amb enfocament cient\u00edfic i perspectiva de g\u00e8nere.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Formar part d&#8217;una recerca real<\/strong>: l\u2019alumnat respondr\u00e0 q\u00fcestionaris sobre salut menstrual, coneixements sobre la menstruaci\u00f3 i l\u2019endometriosi, i el grau d\u2019acceptaci\u00f3 del projecte, per nodrir amb les seves respostes el projecte d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 ENDO-HIT.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contribuir a la visibilitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019endometriosi:<\/strong>\u00a0l\u2019alumnat podr\u00e0 compartir els coneixements adquirits, contribuint a trencar estigmes i tab\u00fas i a conscienciar sobre la salut menstrual. A m\u00e9s, tamb\u00e9 treballar\u00e0 com comunicar els coneixements cient\u00edfics a la societat, mitjan\u00e7ant la creaci\u00f3 de materials i\/o accions divulgatives. Aquests productes finals es podran compartir a la web del projecte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a participar-hi heu d&#8217;entrar al <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/view\/projecte-endo-hit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">web del projecte<\/a>. All\u00e0 trobareu tots els materials, recursos i instruccions necessaris per dur a terme el projecte de manera aut\u00f2noma amb el vostre alumnat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els recursos s\u00f3n lliures i cada centre els pot adaptar, decidint quines activitats desenvolupar i com presentar els resultats. Com a participaci\u00f3 imprescindible, heu de visionar un v\u00eddeo i respondre els q\u00fcestionaris d&#8217;inici i final.
