{"id":23058,"date":"2026-06-15T09:15:23","date_gmt":"2026-06-15T07:15:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/pladurgell\/?p=23058"},"modified":"2026-06-15T09:21:23","modified_gmt":"2026-06-15T07:21:23","slug":"ii-jornada-sobre-plans-educatius-dentorn","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/pladurgell\/portada\/ii-jornada-sobre-plans-educatius-dentorn\/","title":{"rendered":"II Jornada sobre Plans Educatius d&#8217;Entorn"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>LLEIDA ACULL LA II JORNADA SOBRE PLANS EDUCATIUS D\u2019ENTORN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>El Servei Educatiu de Llengua, Interculturalitat i Cohesi\u00f3 social (LIC) del Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 a Lleida va organitzar a l\u2019EOI de Lleida la jornada&nbsp;\u201c<em>Camins d&#8217;\u00e8xit\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;amb l\u2019objecte de donar una visi\u00f3 de conjunt dels Plans Educatius d\u2019Entorn del territori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els Plans educatius d\u2019entorn (PEE) s\u00f3n una proposta de cooperaci\u00f3 entre el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i els ajuntaments que t\u00e9 com a objectiu aconseguir l\u2019\u00e8xit educatiu de tot l\u2019alumnat i contribuir a la cohesi\u00f3 social mitjan\u00e7ant l&#8217;equitat, l\u2019educaci\u00f3 intercultural, el foment de la conviv\u00e8ncia i l\u2019\u00fas de la llengua catalana. Esdevenen un instrument capa\u00e7 de connectar els aprenentatges formals, no formals i informals i afavorir l\u2019acc\u00e9s de tot l\u2019alumnat, especialment d\u2019aquell que es troba en situaci\u00f3 de m\u00e9s vulnerabilitat, a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 no formal com un element estrat\u00e8gic d\u2019equitat i d\u2019igualtat d\u2019oportunitats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La jornada es va iniciar compartint 3 experi\u00e8ncies reeixides dels PEE de Balaguer, Bellpuig i Agramunt. A continuaci\u00f3, es va donar peu a la confer\u00e8ncia \u201c Plans educatius d\u2019entorn que transformen: cap a una educaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s \u00e0mplia, connectada i comunit\u00e0ria\u201d a c\u00e0rrec de Jordi Collet Sab\u00e9, professor de Sociologia de l\u2019Educaci\u00f3 a la Universitat de Vic. Tot seguit, vam gaudir d\u2019una actuaci\u00f3 de batucada dels alumnes de l\u2019Escola Camps Elisis i, per concloure l\u2019acte, es va dur a terme la taula rodona Si tens un pla, que sigui
