{"id":20887,"date":"2025-03-05T13:41:24","date_gmt":"2025-03-05T12:41:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/pladurgell\/?p=20887"},"modified":"2025-03-05T13:41:25","modified_gmt":"2025-03-05T12:41:25","slug":"programa-reconnect-es","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/pladurgell\/comunitat\/reconnect-es\/programa-reconnect-es\/","title":{"rendered":"Programa Reconnect-ES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/pladurgell\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1141\/2025\/03\/reconnect.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/pladurgell\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1141\/2025\/03\/reconnect.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20871\" style=\"width:390px;height:auto\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El Programa Reconnect-ES \u00e9s una iniciativa impulsada pel Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional, que t\u00e9 com a objectiu principal abordar el repte de l&#8217;abandonament escolar prematur entre els joves de 16 a 24 anys, facilitant la seva reincorporaci\u00f3 al sistema educatiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Objectius del programa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reduir l&#8217;abandonament escolar prematur mitjan\u00e7ant l&#8217;acompanyament personalitzat dels joves.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimitzar el treball en xarxa entre serveis educatius, centres educatius i agents del territori.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Col\u00b7laborar en la prevenci\u00f3 de l&#8217;abandonament escolar i la promoci\u00f3 del benestar de l&#8217;alumnat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fases del programa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reducci\u00f3 de l&#8217;abandonament escolar prematur fent un seguiment i suport personalitzat als joves que han abandonat els estudis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prevenci\u00f3 de l&#8217;abandonament escolar prematur implementant estrat\u00e8gies preventives en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb els centres educatius.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promoci\u00f3 de la salut i el benestar duent a terme accions per fomentar el benestar integral de l&#8217;alumnat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El rol dels educadors socials<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es despleguen 52 educadors socials ubicats als Serveis Educatius per identificar, acompanyar i orientar els joves. S\u00f3n una figura clau en aquest projecte. Ubicats als Serveis Educatius del territori, tenen les funcions seg\u00fcents: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Acompanyar de manera personalitzada els joves que han abandonat els estudis, oferint-los alternatives formatives adaptades a les seves necessitats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinar-se amb els centres educatius i els seveis municipals per optimitzar els recursos disponibles i les accions de suport.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitar el treball en xarxa entre els diferents agents del territori implicats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Impacte esperat del projecte<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La reducci\u00f3 de la taxa d&#8217;abandonament escolar prematur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&#8217;augment de les oportunitats educatives i formatives per als joves.
