Tingueu en compte que:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2714 Cada resposta \u00e9s nom\u00e9s per a una sola petici\u00f3. En cas de demanar dues activitats formatives es requereix omplir dos formularis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2714 La recepci\u00f3 de sol\u00b7licituds estar\u00e0 oberta <span
