Tingueu en compte que:<\/p>\n<p>\u2714 Cada resposta \u00e9s nom\u00e9s per a una sola petici\u00f3. En cas de demanar dues activitats formatives es requereix omplir dos formularis.<\/p>\n<p>\u2714 Les activitats que s&#8217;han d&#8217;associar a un determinat <strong>perfil professional<\/strong> han de tenir una <strong>durada m\u00ednima de 20 hores<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u2714 La recepci\u00f3 de sol\u00b7licituds estar\u00e0 oberta fins el<strong> 20\u00a0de maig.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per
