{"id":14688,"date":"2021-11-15T13:24:53","date_gmt":"2021-11-15T12:24:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/pladurgell\/?p=14688"},"modified":"2021-11-15T13:29:03","modified_gmt":"2021-11-15T12:29:03","slug":"programa-formatiu-de-prevencio-de-la-violencia-masclista-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/pladurgell\/general\/programa-formatiu-de-prevencio-de-la-violencia-masclista-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Programa formatiu de prevenci\u00f3 de la viol\u00e8ncia masclista"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-14689\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/pladurgell\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1141\/2021\/11\/Sense-titol.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"546\" height=\"284\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 oferir\u00e0 una 3a edici\u00f3 del <strong>programa formatiu de prevenci\u00f3 de la viol\u00e8ncia masclista<\/strong> (PVM) durant el segon quadrimestre del curs 2021-2022.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquest programa formatiu consisteix en la formaci\u00f3 de docents, alumnat i fam\u00edlies i s&#8217;organitza en dues fases:<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u25cf <strong>Formaci\u00f3 docent<\/strong>: s\u2019ofereix el curs Prevenci\u00f3 i intervenci\u00f3 davant la viol\u00e8ncia masclista entre l\u2019alumnat amb una durada de 30 hores semipresencials (20 hores en format virtual-s\u00edncron o presencial, si es garanteix el manteniment de les mesures de seguretat i salut laboral COVID-<br \/>\n19, i 10 hores per a l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 d\u2019un breu projecte). \u00c9s una formaci\u00f3 impartida per personal formador del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i requereix de la participaci\u00f3 d\u2019un m\u00ednim de 3-4 docents per centre, preferentment tutors\/es dels grups implicats i algun membre de l\u2019equip directiu. En aquest sentit, cal tenir en compte de fer extensiu a tot el claustre els continguts treballats en el curs. Es preveu que aquesta formaci\u00f3 es realitzi a partir del mes de febrer de l\u2019any vinent.<br \/>\n\u25cf <strong>Formaci\u00f3 a alumnat i fam\u00edlies<\/strong>: posteriorment, s\u2019implementen en els centres tallers formatius adre\u00e7ats a l\u2019alumnat i les seves fam\u00edlies, que han estat elaborats pel Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 d\u2019entitats expertes (CoeducaAcci\u00f3 i Fundaci\u00f3 Aroa) i que imparteixen personal qualificat. Es preveu que aquests tallers es realitzin a partir del mes d\u2019abril fins al maig.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>a. Els tallers de l\u2019alumnat<\/strong>, amb una durada de 4 hores (4 sessions d\u20191 hora) en sessions presencials, s&#8217;adrecen a l\u2019<strong>alumnat de 5\u00e8 i 6\u00e8 de Prim\u00e0ria i al de 3r i 4t d\u2019ESO.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>b. Els tallers de les fam\u00edlies<\/strong>, amb una durada de 2 hores (1 sessi\u00f3 de 2 hores o 2 sessions d\u20191 hora) en sessions virtuals-s\u00edncrones, s\u2019adrecen als familiars dels grups d\u2019alumnes implicats, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 es poden fer extensius a la resta de fam\u00edlies del centre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Els materials dels tallers estan disponibles a la <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/centres\/projeducatiu\/convivencia\/prog-form-prev-violencia-masclista\/\">XTEC<\/a><\/strong>.<br \/>\nLa participaci\u00f3 en aquest programa implica el comprom\u00eds per part dels centres de participar tant en la formaci\u00f3 docent com en la implementaci\u00f3 dels tallers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Us compartim dues infografies
