Acompanyar-los i limitar-los.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entroncant amb el llibre d\u00b4en Daniel Siegel de \u201cTempesta cerebral\u201d, que tamb\u00e9 ens referencia l\u00b4Eva Bach en un article de l\u00b4ARA &#8220;Criatures&#8221;,\u00a0 i la seva proposta dels 7 temps essencials per al benestar cerebral \u00f2ptim, v<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">olia compartir aquest cop amb vosaltres que hi ha temps essencials que no els podem posar als horaris per\u00f2 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">hem de procurar tenir una franja: mirar-nos als ulls, fer regals als altres, per dir-nos coses boniques, per cuidar el nostre cos i \u00e0nima, per somiar, per projectar-nos en el m\u00e9s enll\u00e0\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perqu\u00e8 aquests fets practicats de manera regular afavoreixen la salut de cos i ment i fa que el nostre cervell continu\u00ef creixent de manera integradora al llarg de la vida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pot ser un bon exercici preguntar-nos quant de temps dediquem a cadascun, tant nosaltres com els nostres fills i alumnes. Quins tenim prou en compte i quins no.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els dos temps que sovint surten m\u00e9s malparats segons l\u00b4autora s\u00f3n el d\u2019inactivitat i el temps interior.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El temps d\u2019inactivitat, \u00e9s diferent del de son i suposa dedicar una mica de temps diari exclusivament a descansar i a relaxar-nos, a badar i a deixar volar la imaginaci\u00f3.
