la informaci\u00f3 d&#8217;una activitat formativa de modalitat telem\u00e0tica que t\u00e9 l&#8217;objectiu de donar-vos eines per a l&#8217;acompanyament emocional del vostre alumnat amb especial atenci\u00f3 a aquells que es troben en situaci\u00f3 de vulnerabilitat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gmail_default\">At\u00e8s que considerem que es tracta d&#8217;una actuaci\u00f3 priorit\u00e0ria, des del CRP del Pla d&#8217;Urgell i en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb els Serveis Territorials d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 a Lleida, el CRP La Noguera i el CRP La Segarra, hem organitzat la seg\u00fcent
