Us fem arribar aquest segon v\u00eddeo que ens han fet arribar la Saray G\u00f3mez<\/strong> – des del l\u2019\u00c0rea d\u2019educaci\u00f3 Inclusiva dels Serveis Educatius dels ST a la Catalunya central- en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb la Maria Navarrete<\/strong>, educadora en neuroci\u00e8ncia i educaci\u00f3 emocional. La seva intenci\u00f3 \u00e9s aportar el seu granet de sorra per tal d\u2019acompanyar als docents, fam\u00edlies, serveis espec\u00edfics, personal PAS\u2026
\nAquest\u00a0 v\u00eddeo amb el t\u00edtol: \u201cI a mi, qui m’acompanya?\u201d, est\u00e0 pensat per entendre les pr\u00f2pies compet\u00e8ncies emocionals i quines estrat\u00e8gies podem utilitzar per l\u2019autoconeixement i l\u2019autoregulaci\u00f3. A partir d’un model creat pel grup de recerca i orientaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica de la UB, ens descriuen 5 compet\u00e8ncies:<\/p>\n
