I les associacions de fam\u00edlies i els centres podeu treballar conjuntament en aquest sentit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>dimarts 17 de mar\u00e7 a les 12h<\/strong>\u00a0farem un acte de presentaci\u00f3 de la Convocat\u00f2ria de Projectes Gran\u00e9s Fundaci\u00f3 2026.
