Les entitats s’han d’acollir a la normativa, per Llei, que requereix un certificat que lliure de c\u00e0rrecs penals pel que fa a delictes sexuals, si actuen amb menors d’edat de forma habitual. Entenem que un SC no \u00e9s una activitat habitual, per tant, no \u00e9s d’obligat compliment:  https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/pdf\/1996\/BOE-A-1996-1069-consolidado.pdf<\/a> (apartat 13.5)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
