El Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 impulsa iniciatives de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3, de corresponsabilitzaci\u00f3 i de treball conjunt entre els diferents agents i actors educatius amb l\u2019horitz\u00f3 com\u00fa de canvi educatiu que parteix d\u2019una concepci\u00f3 inclusiva i orientadora de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 i que ha de comportar una transformaci\u00f3 global del sistema educatiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aquest proc\u00e9s planificat es fonamenta en un aprenentatge centrat en l\u2019alumne que implica canvis significatius en els projectes educatius dels centres que afecten les pr\u00e0ctiques i metodologies docents, l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i el funcionament dels centres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
