Tenen alts nivells de capacitat en les \u00e0rees cognitives, creatives i\/o art\u00edstiques, mostren una capacitat excepcional de lideratge o destaquen en mat\u00e8ries acad\u00e8miques espec\u00edfiques.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Podem distingir tres perfils:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion has-icon-left\" data-active-element=\"none\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion__header-wrapper\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion__header\"><a href=\"#\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion__header-title\">Superdotaci\u00f3<\/span><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion__icon is-active\"><i class=\"fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion__icon is-passive\"><i class=\"fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion__content-wrapper\"><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion__content\">\n<p>Els recursos intel\u00b7lectuals presenten un nivell elevat de <strong>raonament l\u00f2gic<\/strong> i <strong>creativitat<\/strong>, <strong>bona gesti\u00f3 de mem\u00f2ria<\/strong> i de <strong>captaci\u00f3 de la informaci\u00f3<\/strong>. Aquests recursos es manifesten en el raonament verbal, el raonament matem\u00e0tic i en l\u2019aptitud espaial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La configuraci\u00f3 intel\u00b7lectual del superdotat possibilita una producci\u00f3 efica\u00e7 en qualsevol \u00e0mbit o tasca; poden aplicar estrat\u00e8gies combinades per a solucionar problemes molt complexos.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion__header-wrapper\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion__header\"><a href=\"#\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion__header-title\">Talent<\/span><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion__icon is-active\"><i class=\"fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion__icon is-passive\"><i class=\"fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion__content-wrapper\"><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion__content\">\n<p>Mostra una elevada aptitud en un \u00e0mbit o tipus d\u00b4informaci\u00f3 (talent verbal o matem\u00e0tic) o en un tipus de processament (talent l\u00f2gic o creatiu). En la resta d\u2019\u00e0mbits o de formes de processament poden presentar nivells discrets o fins i tot deficitaris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Talent simple<\/strong>: Nom\u00e9s destaca en una \u00e0rea concreta, en la resta presenta valors normals o baixos. En l\u2019\u00e0rea del seu talent es mostrar\u00e0 m\u00e9s efectiu que un superdotat. Ex. talent social, musical o motriu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Talents complexos<\/strong>. Es combinen diferents aptituds espec\u00edfiques. Ex. talent art\u00edstic figuratiu (gesti\u00f3 perceptual + aptitud espacial + creativitat + raonament l\u00f2gic), Talent acad\u00e8mic (recursos elevats de tipus verbal, l\u00f2gic i gesti\u00f3 de mem\u00f2ria).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion__header-wrapper\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion__header\"><a href=\"#\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion__header-title\">Precocitat<\/span><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion__icon is-active\"><i class=\"fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion__icon is-passive\"><i class=\"fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion__content-wrapper\"><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion__content\">\n<p>\u00c9s un fenomen evolutiu, implica un ritme de desenvolupament m\u00e9s r\u00e0pid per\u00f2 no superiors. Presenten major nombre de recursos intel\u00b7lectuals que els companys mentre estan madurant, despr\u00e9s la seva capacitat intel\u00b7lectual pot ser normal.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__nav-link\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__title-wrapper\"><a href=\"#\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__title\"><strong>Signes d&#8217;alerta<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__tab-content-wrapper\"><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__tab-content\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Desenvolupament avan\u00e7at : <\/strong>precocitat en les fites evolutives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inter\u00e8s per l\u2019aprenentatge: <\/strong>s\u2019assumeix l\u2019aprenentatge amb gran facilitat. La seva mem\u00f2ria els permet gran absorci\u00f3 de qualsevol tipus d\u2019informaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aprofundir en els coneixements: <\/strong>necessiten aprofundir en els diferents aprenentatges del seu inter\u00e8s, actuen intentant esbrinar i donar una explicaci\u00f3 l\u00f2gica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Alt nivell d\u2019activitat: <\/strong>inquiets, cerquen explicacions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Precauci\u00f3 i temors: <\/strong>pel seu car\u00e0cter anal\u00edtic necessiten ser cautelosos, poden sentir temor davant la possibilitat d\u2019error o d\u2019un possible frac\u00e0s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sensibilitat: <\/strong>sensibles i emp\u00e0tics cap a temes com el maltractament, la injust\u00edcia social,&#8230; Poden ser cr\u00edtics amb si mateixos i tornar-se introvertits i reservats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Desenvolupament desigual: <\/strong>poden existir discrep\u00e0ncies entre el desenvolupament de la capacitat intel\u00b7lectual i altres \u00e0rees com la conducta i, especialment, l\u2019emocional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Capacitat preco\u00e7 per diferenciar entre realitat i fantasia: <\/strong>es fan preguntes sobre la mort i sobre temes recurrents d\u2019hist\u00f2ries o contes per entendre fets reals o de fantasia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inter\u00e8s preco\u00e7 en q\u00fcestions morals o socials: <\/strong>especial sensibilitat o consci\u00e8ncia vers problemes socials, desigualtats, injust\u00edcies, medi ambient, contaminaci\u00f3, viol\u00e8ncia, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Major poder de raonament i manipulaci\u00f3: <\/strong>la gran capacitat de comprensi\u00f3 i raonament l\u00f2gic facilita que puguin utilitzar amb facilitat d\u2019arguments o demandes. Si no se\u2019ls marca l\u00edmits i disciplina es poden convertir en manipuladors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Habilitats socials: <\/strong>Poden manifestar unes capacitats innates de lideratge en el seu grup. Els seus interessos especials poden presentar alguna dificultat en la relaci\u00f3 amb els iguals i la integraci\u00f3 en el grup, amb sensaci\u00f3 de rebuig, incomprensi\u00f3 i baixa autoestima.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Autonomia: <\/strong>molt aut\u00f2noms, \u00e9s important que no se\u2019ls organitzi i que disposin del seu propi espai per organitzar i crear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Perfeccionisme: <\/strong>la seva necessitat de fer preguntes pot resultar esgotadora pels adults. Si no assoleixen els objectius proposats, poden frustrar-se i abandonar la tasca.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__nav-link\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__title-wrapper\"><a href=\"#\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__title\"><strong>Orientacions<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__tab-content-wrapper\"><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__tab-content\">\n<p>Oferir un <strong>entorn escolar<\/strong> que estimuli les seves potencialitats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Utilitzar <strong>metodologia flexible i oberta<\/strong>: aprenentatge per descobriments, cooperatiu, per projectes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organitzar <strong>espais i temps<\/strong> de manera flexible, per tal que els alumnes puguin treballar al seu ritme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ampliar <strong>continguts<\/strong> en profunditat i extensi\u00f3, i interconnectats amb altres \u00e0rees, eliminant aquells que ja domina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Programar <strong>activitats<\/strong> variades, per tal d\u2019oferir-li temes ajustats als seus interessos. Oferir activitats d\u2019enriquiment i activitats que permetin diferents formes de realitzaci\u00f3. Evitar la repetici\u00f3 mec\u00e0nica d\u00b4activitats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fomentar el <strong>di\u00e0leg i la comunicaci\u00f3<\/strong>, dedicant un temps a l\u2019aula per a la conversa, estimulant fer preguntes i animant els alumnes a buscar respostes (ex. grups interactius).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitar <strong>l\u2019autonomia i la presa de decisions<\/strong> en el seu proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>donar suport a iniciatives\/projectes que sorgeixin espont\u00e0niament, facilitar l\u2019adquisici\u00f3 d\u2019estrat\u00e8gies de cerca d\u2019informaci\u00f3 i plantejament de preguntes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>possibilitar l\u2019acc\u00e9s a materials i fonts d\u2019informaci\u00f3 diverses per aprofundir aut\u00f2nomament en la seva \u00e0rea d\u2019inter\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Potenciar el <strong>pensament divergent i independent<\/strong> en els alumnes:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>buscar m\u00faltiples solucions als problemes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pensar en maneres inusuals per resoldre diferents conflictes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>concedir el \u201cdret a equivocar-se\u201d, a c\u00f3rrer riscos, cometre errors i fins i tot a fallar; fomentar el desenvolupament de diverses formes d\u2019expressi\u00f3 i comunicaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refor\u00e7ar i valorar la <strong>creativitat i les idees originals<\/strong>. Motivar cap a l\u2019aprenentatge permetent que la curiositat i interessos variats s\u2019expressin a l\u2019aula.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desenvolupar el <strong>judici cr\u00edtic<\/strong>, ensenyar a acceptar cr\u00edtiques i donar-les, distanciar-se dels fets, definir pros i contres, distingir entre cr\u00edtiques constructives i judicis de valor. Potenciar l\u2019autocr\u00edtica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tenir en compte que els alumnes amb altes capacitats tamb\u00e9 <strong>necessiten que se\u2019ls ajudi<\/strong>, ensenyi i motivi cap al treball: altes capacitats no significa alt rendiment en totes les \u00e0rees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afavorir l\u2019<strong>autoestima<\/strong>. Elogiar de manera acurada i avaluar de manera realista. Recon\u00e8ixer i valorar l\u2019esfor\u00e7 i ajudar-los a ser realistes en la pr\u00f2pia avaluaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afavorir la <strong>integraci\u00f3 social<\/strong> dels alumnes mitjan\u00e7ant la participaci\u00f3, la interacci\u00f3 i l\u2019acceptaci\u00f3 pel grup.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Treballar espec\u00edficament els objectius de <strong>socialitzaci\u00f3 i les habilitats comunicatives<\/strong> amb els nens poc competents en aquestes \u00e0rees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orientar l\u2019acc\u00e9s a <strong>recursos educatius addicionals<\/strong> per complementar o oferta
