Tamb\u00e9 proporciona una lectura dels sabers i dels criteris d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 de manera progressiva. Finalment, pot ser \u00fatil per facilitar la presa de decisions als equips docents en l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 dels plans de suport individualitzat.<\/p>\n<p>Tot seguit trobareu l&#8217;enlla\u00e7 al
