{"id":23896,"date":"2024-10-04T14:48:40","date_gmt":"2024-10-04T12:48:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/pallars\/?p=23896"},"modified":"2024-10-07T12:45:34","modified_gmt":"2024-10-07T10:45:34","slug":"dia-mundial-de-la-salut-mental","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/pallars\/general\/dia-mundial-de-la-salut-mental\/","title":{"rendered":"Dia Mundial de la Salut Mental"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El dia\u00a0<strong>10 d\u2019octubre \u00e9s el Dia Mundial de la Salut Mental<\/strong>, des de la <strong>Taula de Salut Mental del Pallars Juss\u00e0<\/strong> fan una\u00a0<strong>proposta per treballar per aquest dia<\/strong> als centres educatiu de prim\u00e0ria i secund\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e0mbit educatiu \u00e9s un espai dels m\u00e9s importants en la construcci\u00f3 de la nostra societat i, per tant, essencial incidir en aquest entorn aportant experi\u00e8ncies educatives amb una visi\u00f3 de la salut mental lliure d\u2019estigmes.<\/p>\n<h3>Objectius de la proposta<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Sensibilitzar els i les adolescents sobre les problem\u00e0tiques de salut mental i promoure que parlin de les seves emocions.<\/li>\n<li>Fer caure els falsos mites associats als trastorns mentals i combatre els prejudicis i l\u2019estigmatitzaci\u00f3 que pateixen les persones afectades.<\/li>\n<li>Entendre que totes les persones podem patir una problem\u00e0tica de salut mental i que s\u2019etiqueta all\u00f2 que es desconeix.<\/li>\n<li>Crear un espai de debat i d\u2019escolta a partir i al voltant de les experi\u00e8ncies dels activistes en primera persona.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Propostes d&#8217;activitats<\/strong><\/h3>\n<table style=\"border-collapse: collapse;
