de\u00a0\u00a0l&#8217;<strong>alimentaci\u00f3 sostenible<\/strong> des de diverses perspectives cient\u00edfiques agroecologia, tecnologia ambiental, bioqu\u00edmica dels aliments, nutrici\u00f3,
