Per elaborar el pla de suport individualitzat cal partir sempre de la programaci\u00f3 did\u00e0ctica.<\/p>\n<p>El model del pla del suport individualitzat, s\u2019ha actualitzat incorporant les novetats del nou curr\u00edculum.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\"><strong><a
