{"id":8203,"date":"2016-12-16T09:10:23","date_gmt":"2016-12-16T08:10:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/pallars\/?page_id=8203"},"modified":"2023-11-09T14:24:44","modified_gmt":"2023-11-09T13:24:44","slug":"pinzellades-historiques","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/pallars\/el-servei-educatiu\/pinzellades-historiques\/","title":{"rendered":"Pinzellades hist\u00f2riques"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Departament d\u2019Ensenyament aprova el Programa d\u2019Ajuda a la Renovaci\u00f3 Pedag\u00f2gica a l\u2019Ensenyament Primari i es creen els primers Centres de Recursos Pedag\u00f2gics com a unitats de suport i dinamitzaci\u00f3 educativa als centres i al professorat (Ordre de 31 d\u2019agost del 1982)<\/p>\n<p><strong>El CRP del Pallars<\/strong> es crea l\u2019any 1984 (ordre de 18 de novembre de 1983)\u00a0 i s&#8217;inaugura, pel Conseller Joan Guitart, l&#8217;abril de 1984.<\/p>\n<p>El 1988 passa a denominar-se CRP del Pallars &#8211; Alta Ribagor\u00e7a (l\u2019Ordre de 14 de setembre de 1988) i es creen dues extensions, una al Pallars Sobir\u00e0 (Sort) i una altra a l\u2019Alta Ribagor\u00e7a (Pont de Suert) per facilitar la prolongaci\u00f3 geogr\u00e0fica de les seves funcions.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;any 1995 s\u2019adopta el nom CRP del Pallars Juss\u00e0, ja que les dues extensions de l\u2019Alta Ribagor\u00e7a i Pallars Sobir\u00e0 deixen de ser-ho i es transformen en centres de recursos pedag\u00f2gics.<\/p>\n<p>Els equips d\u2019Assessorament Psicopedag\u00f2gics (EAP)\u00a0s\u00f3n serveis educatius del Departament d\u2019Ensenyament de la Generalitat de Catalunya i es creen l\u2019any 1983. Ordre de 20 de maig de 1983 on s\u2019estableixen les seves funcions sobre la intervenci\u00f3 psicopedag\u00f2gic als centres escolars.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019EAP del Pallars \u2013Alta Ribagor\u00e7a \u2013 Val d\u2019Aran<\/strong> comen\u00e7a a desenvolupar la seva tasca el gener de 1984 i at\u00e9n les comarques: Pallars, l\u2019Alta Ribagor\u00e7a i la Val d\u2019Aran.\u00a0Es crea segons l\u2019ordre de 20 de maig de 1983 on s\u2019estableixen les seves funcions sobre la intervenci\u00f3 psicopedag\u00f2gica als centres escolars.<\/p>\n<p>Al maig de l\u2019any 1994, l\u2019EAP es divideix en dos: l\u2019EAP dels Pallars (EAP LL-04) que at\u00e9n les necessitats educatives d\u2019aquesta zona i \u00a0l\u2019EAP l\u2019Alta Ribagor\u00e7a &#8211; Val d\u2019Aran (EAP Ll-11) que at\u00e9n els centres de la Val d\u2019Aran i l\u2019Alta Ribagor\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019<strong>equip d\u2019Assessorament en Llengua i Cohesi\u00f3 Social<\/strong> (ELIC) del Pallars entra en funcionament el setembre de 2006 fins el juny de 2010 que s\u2019extingeix i es d\u00f3na atenci\u00f3 puntual a la zona des del l\u2019equip del Segri\u00e0. \u00c9s el setembre de 2017 que s\u2019obre de nou aquest servei al Pallars.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El Servei Educatiu dels Pallars<\/strong> comen\u00e7a a funcionar el setembre de 2006 i engloba el CRP del Pallars Juss\u00e0, CRP Pallars Sobir\u00e0, l\u2019EAP del Pallars i l\u2019ELIC del Pallars.
